Rhandu Adams is a native of Brooklyn, NY who is a creative and self-motivated professional consultant offering over 25 years of extensive experience in the development and implementation of youth programs and initiatives for behavior modification, behavior management and conflict resolution. As the Sr. Consultant for Resolutions: Youth and Family Behavioral Management, Rhandu specializes in creating alternative educational and behavioral initiatives for youth at-risk, juvenile delinquents, and their families, in addition to programs for nonprofit organizations providing services for young people. He has offered many youth-oriented programs to provide educational, cultural, and recreational activities in the Charlotte N.C. community and surrounding areas. The programs implemented give young people a keen sense of self-awareness and self-esteem, while also supplying an opportunity to have fun and socially interact in a positive and healthy way.
